Of the four weather kitchens, I am preferring the fayre from Metcheck.com, who are serving their weather dishes warmer than they were yesterday, but not too hot. In addition, they use virtually no liquid at all in their desserts, which I really like!
Let's hope the other 3 improve by next week!
